ETISALAT ACADEMY COMPLETES ORDER
OF 500,000 E-SKILLS360 COURSES
FOR THE MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA

G77 SECRETARIAT – April 27 2005 – United Arab Emirates based Etisalat Academy (www.eacademy.co.ae), a division of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (www.etisalat.ae), today finalized their order of 500,000 Information Technology and Professional Development E-Learning courses.

The overwhelming response received by Etisalat Academy for this initiative in Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East and North Africa was instrumental in convincing the management.

"When we began our analysis of this program, it became apparent that E-Skills360 was best positioned from a marketing and development perspective to maximize the growth opportunities for workforce development," said Dr. Doa’a Fares, General Manager of Etisalat Academy.

Etisalat has been a tremendous partner, and we are thrilled that its management is so committed to the workforce and human resource development in their region. We look forward to seeing Etisalat continue its CSR efforts to bridge the digital divide under its dedicated management," said Dr Asad Ullah Shah of ICWFD.
