By leveraging its global reach to billions of prospects in 133 Developing Countries, ICWFD aligned with leading E-Learning content and solutions providers to launch a global skills and workforce development program called e-skills3600. Through seamless e-learning technology, over 500 certification level Information Technology (IT) and Professional Development (PD) courses are being offered to under-privileged learners accessible via the Internet from any location in any country using Scratch Cards. ( Upon successful completion of the course, end-users are awarded with a Certificate Of Achievement from ICWFD (a huge value-add and incentive for students to study).  The courses are encrypted and single PC locked (to control piracy) and downloaded to the student’s PC for an enhanced end-user experience, thus addressing the low bandwidth problem and key barrier to e-learning in the developing countries.

As mentioned before, the courses can now be taken from anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection through scratch cards which can be branded with a company's or organization's logo and message and can be distributed free to the masses under a high profile CSR initiative. Using our system the companies can very easily show corporate social responsibility in their foreign markets and bridge the digital divide at the same time!  Following are some benefits:
