The ICWFD Council of Experts, headed by Dr. Dennis Anderson is a network of thought leaders and operational pioneers from virtually all sectors who have unique insights in a broad range of disciplines, subject areas, and technologies. The common thread among all members of the Council is that they are intimately knowledgeable, and actively involved, in Information and Communication Technologies For Development (ICT4D).
